Cozy apartment of 50 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - steps to access). The accommodation is equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and a balcony. The location is great! We are in a quiet area of the city, just outside the center of Milan, 6 minutes walk from the Loreto metro station that leads to Piazza Duomo after just 4 stops.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, kettle, oven, moka pot and kitchen utensils), peninsula with stools, TV, double sofa bed, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the entrance of the building and steps to access the elevator.
A step in the bathroom and one to access the shower.
Hot water is supplied by boiler, you may need to wait for it to recharge.

The apartment is located just outside the center of Milan, in a quiet area surrounded by green areas, including:
- Parco Trotter (1 Km on foot), built in 1920 to host trotting competitions (hence the name "Trotter"). When the racecourse was moved to San Siro in 1924, the structure was purchased by the Municipality, who had a school building built there, so the park is accessible to the public only when the school is closed (after 16.30, weekends, holidays, and throughout the month of August). In the park there are many areas for children;
- Piazza Aspromonte, with central garden, patch of public green in the area.
- Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, known above all by the thousands of students who attend the Polytechnic and live in "Città Studi" area. After the redevelopment, Piazza Leonardo da Vinci has been transformed into a garden space to be enjoyed, not only by university students, but by the whole city. The square also offers the opportunity to visit the Botanical Garden of Città Studi: admission is free and it is also possible to take guided tours.

The accommodation is also surrounded by numerous bars and pharmacies, as well as an incredible variety of Italian and ethnic restaurants.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to the Central Station, from where it is possible to take the metro (M2) to the stop "Lambrate FS", 6 minutes walk from the property.

- From Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro (M2) to the stop "Lambrate FS", 6 minutes walk from the property.
