Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in an excellent position, a short distance from Porta Romana with the "Teatro Franco Parenti" and the "QC Termemilano" complex, the "UOC Dermatology" institute and the Milan Polyclinic. During the summer, a break at the "Bagni Misteriosi", one of the most popular luxury outdoor swimming pools in Milan, is a must! The M3 metro from "Brenta" takes you directly to Piazza Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone in less than 10 minutes!

If you are traveling by car, we recommend parking your car for a fee at the Corvetto Car Parking or the Bacchiglione Garage.

-From Linate Airport: take bus 73 to Missori. From here take the M3 yellow line underground to the "Brenta" stop.

-From Malpensa Airport: take the Malpensa Express train to Milan Cadorna. From here, go to Piazza Duomo, where you take the M3 yellow line metro to the "Brenta" stop.

-From Milan Centrale take the M3 yellow line underground to the "Brenta" stop.
