The property is located just 600 meters from the University Campus of the Polytechnic of Milan - Bovisa. A neighborhood during the day very popular with young people and students, in the evening it is quieter and with many Italian and ethnic restaurants and pizzerias.

- SLEEPING AREA (with 3 steps raised) with double bed, armchair and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;
- WARDROBE ROOM;
- SMALL TERRACE with table and chairs;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, first aid kit, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, central heating, hairdryer, drying rack, hangers, iron and ironing board, personal and free parking in front of the apartment (not suitable for SUVs).

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from 15 October to 15 April.

- For check-in after the scheduled time, the following supplement is required:
* after 9:30 pm and until 11 pm, a supplement of 25 Euros is required.

The neighborhood where the apartment is located is famous for the Polytechnic University campus, with numerous Engineering faculties.
During the day it is very popular with young people and students, in the evening it is quieter and with many Italian and ethnic restaurants and pizzerias.
The area is connected by public transport: a 20-minute walk away is the "Dergano" stop of the Yellow M3 metro line and a 4-minute walk away is the Milan-Bovisa train station.

- Pinacoteca di Brera: 35 minutes by public transport (tram N°2: get on at the "Bausan" stop, 290 meters from the accommodation and get off at the "Lanza M2" stop, 500 meters from the destination);
- Castello Sforzesco: 16 minutes by public transport ((trains R22, S3 or S4 from Milano Bovisa Station to Milano Cadorna Station, 240 meters from the destination).

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express train from the airport to Milan Bovisa station, 300 meters from the property;

- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus 92 to the "Via Broglio-Via Varè" stop, just a 1-minute walk from the property;
