The internal space
The space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, dining table, armchairs and TV;
- OPEN KITCHEN with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table;
- BEDROOM on the mezzanine with double bed and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with thermovalves, portable fans, washing machine, wardrobe, chest of drawers, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Portable air conditioner.

ATTENTION. There is an internal staircase between the open kitchen and the mezzanine bedroom (be careful if you are traveling with small children).

The mezzanine bedroom is not acoustically isolated from the rest of the rooms and there are no doors separating it.

Description of the area
The apartment is located in the Porta Romana district. The area is excellent, as within walking distance of the property there are multiple bars, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other commercial activities. Furthermore, Corso XXII Marzo, one of the most sought after streets in the city with its shops. The area is well served by public transport, which allows you to reach the main attractions of the city, as well as the main stations in a few minutes (alternatively, it is possible to reach the center with a walk of less than half an hour).

To reach the main points of interest in the city:
- Vittorio Formentano Park: 1 minute on foot;
- Piazza Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II: 20 minutes by public transport - 30 minutes on foot;
- Museum of the Twentieth Century: 20 minutes by public transport;
- Via Monte Napoleone (shopping street): 22 minutes by public transport;
- Sempione Park and Sforza Castle: 30 minutes by public transport;
- Brera Art Gallery: 31 minutes by public transport;

Getting around
- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment in about 30 minutes by taking bus no. 168 from the "SEGRATE Linate Aeroporto M4" stop and then get off at the "Stazione Forlanini" stop. From here, you need to take tram no. 27 and get off at the "Via Cadore Corso Ventidue Marzo" stop, just 2 minutes walk from the property.
Alternatively, the airport is 6 km from the property (approximately 15 minutes by car/taxi).

- From Milan Malpensa Airport it is possible to reach the apartment in about an hour with the Malpensa Express service to the "Milano Bovisa" station. From here, you need to take the regional train and get off at the "Dateo" stop, just a 10-minutes walk from the property.
Alternatively, the airport is 68.3 km from the property (approximately 56 minutes by car/taxi).

- From the Central Station it is possible to reach the apartment in less than 30 minutes by walking to the "Via Vetruvio" stop, where you can take bus no. 60 and get off at the "Via Cadore Corso Ventidue Marzo" stop, just a 2-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; however, there are several garages and paid parking lots nearby. A 3-minute walk from the apartment is the Autorimessa Fogazzaro, in Via Antonio Fogazzaro 31.
