Modern 70 m2 apartment located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant condominium, a stone's throw from Piazza Statuto, in an ideal position for being able to move around the city comfortably.
The "Principi D'Acaja" subway stop is 1 km away, the Porta Susa train station is 1.3 km away and, if you prefer, walking you can reach Piazza Castello/San Carlo in 20/25 min. In the district it is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue lines). There is no traffic limited zone in the area.
The space
Apartment of about 70 square meters is located on the mezzanine floor (not suitable for the disabled). We also point out the presence of stairs at the entrance. The accommodation consists of:

LIVING AREA: with French sofa bed and dining area
KITCHEN CORNER: with fridge, freezer, gas hob, traditional oven, kettle, toaster, moka coffee maker and kitchen utensils
BEDROOM 1: with a queen bed and wardrobe
BEDROOM 2: with a bunk bed, wardrobe, desk and two chairs.
BATHROOM: equipped with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer
Our guests will also have access to unlimited WiFi, TV, washing machine, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack

Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
