Charming Sicilian Loft

Comfortable and characteristic 55sqm loft, in Sicilian style, able to accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the ground floor of a typical Catanese building, the apartment is centrally located and is the ideal solution for visiting all the main points of interest in the city on foot or via public transportation.
In the area you can find paid street parking slots or, alternatively, you can park at Europarking garage, 4 minutes away on foot from the building.

The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM: mezzanine with double bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanger stand.
-LIVING AREA: split A/C, TV, sofa and access to the mezzanine bedroom.
-KITCHENETTE: 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, dining table, kettle and moka.
-BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet.
OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, electric stove, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.

Due to stairway and steps it is not possible to accommodate children under 12 years.

PLEASE NOTE: despite being on the ground floor, to access the apartment it is necessary to reach the condominium courtyard, which is located at a lower level than the street level (ladder to access it).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

The apartment is located in a strategic position both for visiting the city center and the main points of interest in Catania and for spending a relaxing day at the beach. Via bus D, with stop in Piazza Iolanda (4 minutes on foot from the apartment), it is possible to easily reach the southern coast of Catania.
During your stay, do not miss a visit to Villa Bellini and the Greek-Roman theater, shopping in Via Etnea. Get involved in the Catanese nightlife among the various pubs in Piazza Teatro Massimo, or near via Crociferi, and fully enjoy the Sicilian gastronomic richness, famous in Italy and in the rest of the world.
The proximity to Catania Central Station (about 12 minutes on foot) will allow you to easily visit all the points of interest in the surrounding areas. It is in fact possible to find direct buses to all the commonly visited places, such as Taormina, Syracuse, Noto, Piazza Armerina, Ragusa, Palermo.

-From Catania Fontanarossa Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by Alibus service to "Libertà" stop, 5 minutes away on foot from the apartment.

-From Catania Central Station you can easily reach the apartment on foot in about 12 minutes or, alternatively, you can reach the Libertà stop by public transportation and from here you can reach the property in 5 minutes on foot.

For those travelling by car you can find paid street parking slot or, alternatively, you can park at Europarking garage 4, minutes walk from the apartment.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€2,00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:30 (half past midnight).

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, If you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
