Charming 55mq apartment with balcony that comfortably accommodates two people, equipped with all the main comforts for a pleasant stay. Enviable position: we are in fact in the center (ZTL), with all the indispensable services at hand and a very short distance from the points of interest, easily reachable on foot: the Basilica of San Martino at 150 meters and the Palazzo Ducale at 400 meters, among many. Martina Franca train station is a 13-minute walk away.

The 55 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a historic house without a lift (6 high steps to access) and has an independent entrance.

The internal space is divided into two levels and is divided as follows:

Downstairs
- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka and microwave
- LIVING AREA with dining table with stools, sofa and smart TV with Netflix (NO Antenna)
- BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box

Upper floor (one flight of stairs must be climbed):
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C
- Covered BALCONY with chairs and table.

N.B.: The fireplace in the bedroom is NOT usable.
Air conditioning ONLY on the upper floor.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI independent heating, fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board, monoxide and smoke detector.
Towels and linen are included (with optional changes for a fee).

ATTENTION: the apartment is located on a pedestrian street NOT accessible by car and inside the ZTL. It is necessary to park for a fee on Via Mercadante at Via Gianbattista Vico (about 250/300 meters from the accommodation) and then continue on foot on Via Gianbattista Vico.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Martina Franca is an enchanting town in Baroque style, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and surrounded by typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley. Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo. The apartment is located in a very central position, a short distance from all the main points of interest. The essential services are easily reachable on foot: bars, pharmacies and minimarkets are in fact within 350 meters.
