Cozy double room with private bathroom and balcony, located in a period building a short distance from the center of Castellana Grotte, reachable in a few minutes on foot, but far from chaos and crowding. The accommodation boasts a privileged location, just 2 km from the famous Caves, reachable by car in 5 minutes or by public transport in 15 minutes. On foot in 600 meters you can reach the station which offers connections to the unmissable cities of Alberobello, Polignano and Monopoli.

The 20 sqm room is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb two flights of stairs to access it.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Sleeping area with queen size bed (1.30 x 1.90), pouf, TV, coat hanger and chest of drawers
- Small breakfast corner with mini fridge and electric kettle.
- Internal toilet equipped with wc, bidet and shower box.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, fan coil air conditioning/heating, luggage rack, hairdryer.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Possibility of using one of the three terraces available to all guests of the structure, equipped with sunbeds, benches and sofas.
ATTENTION: to access you must climb one or more flights of stairs. The terraces are shared and interconnecting.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Castellana Grotte for the first 5 nights, equal to € 2 per person per night.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19 ° C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Castellana Grotte Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from 8 November to 7 April.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

- the wonderful Castellana Caves (1.5 km from the center), discovered in 1938, which can also be visited by those with disabilities in total safety. Not to be missed the so-called "White Cave," which is known as the most shining cave in the world.;
- for lovers of food and wine, Castellana and the surrounding towns offer many restaurants, pubs, and farmhouses, with the typical Apulian cuisine, authentic and genuine, with local products;
- not far from Castellana Grotte the tourist can find the famous Alberobello (15 km, 20 minutes by car), a town built entirely with "trulli".

- From Bari-Karol Wojtyla International Airport: it is possible to reach the accommodation by train to Bari Centrale station and then by bus (direction Putignano) to Castellana Grotte station, an 8-minute walk from the apartment;

- From Castellana Grotte station: on foot in 8 minutes (600 metres).

- If you are traveling by car, be careful: the structure is not in a restricted traffic zone, however the paid entrances are not far away. We recommend leaving the car on Via Roma or Piazza Garibaldi at 200/250 meters. Parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed) or paid on blue lines.
