Cozy apartment of 60 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a building without elevator. The property boasts a convenient location and well served by transport, we are very close to La Spezia Centrale station and a short walk from the bus stop. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including WIFI, air conditioning and a balcony.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with French sofa bed and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, basic utensils and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV with Netflix, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split in the living room and one in the bedroom), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

The Umbertino district is the historic district of La Spezia. A few steps from the city center, following Corso Cavour, cross via Garibaldi, with the characteristic Friday market, and reach Piazza del Mercato and the pedestrian area of the center to end at the Giardini on the sea front.

Within 200 m there are 2 supermarkets, various grocery stores, 2 banks, post office, pharmacy and a petrol station. The municipal swimming pool is 1 km away.
with a short walk you cross the center and you can reach the pier from where ferries leave for Portovenere and Le Cinque Terre.

- From Pisa-San Giusto airport, it is possible to reach the property in 1 hour and 10 minutes by car (90 km). Alternatively, it is possible to take the Pisa Mover shuttle service from the airport to Pisa station, where it is possible to take the regional train to La Spezia Central Station, a 7-minute walk from the property.

- From La Spezia Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment in 7 minutes on foot.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee (blue lines) in the immediate vicinity of the property. Alternatively, it is possible to park (always for a fee) at Park Centro Stazione, in Via Pietro Paleocapa 7, a 7-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day.
