Maison Jolie Apt x 4 a few steps from the sea!

Bright apartment tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts x4, centrally located and easy to reach, 50m from the sea and a stone's throw from Corso Reginna. The accommodation is very quiet despite being in the center, with shops, bars, supermarkets and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is also located just 100m from the bus stop for Salerno and Naples, and 300m from the tourist port for ferries with which you can easily reach the other towns of the Amalfi Coast and Capri.

The 64 sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator (there are 4 steps to access) and is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, traditional oven, blender, electric kettle, traditional oven and electric little oven
- Living room with queen sofa bed, wardrobe, split AC and TV
- Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower
- 2 terraces, one of which is equipped with table and chairs x2

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pumps, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Guests will have full access to all the areas of the house.

Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in time, deliver the keys of the apartment and show you the house, and will stay at your disposal for the whole duration of your stay in case of problems or questions.

We will give you tips and suggestions that will make your stay even more interesting and enjoyable. For any question or unexpected events, we will be reachable by phone or email.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after midnight, not even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Maiori, equal to EUR 2 per person per day, excluding children under 14 years of age.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Maiori Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

In Maiori there is a door-to-door separate collection of waste, which follows a specific calendar posted in the house. Failure to comply with the above rules can lead to severe fines that will be charged to guests.

Maiori is one of the main and largest town of the Amalfi Coast, a Unesco heritage along with the entire Coast. Its panoramic position makes it one of the main destination. Among the most beautiful monuments, we find the splendid Abbey of Santa Maria de Olearia and the Castle of San Nicola de Thoro-Plano, dating back to the 9th century. Also not to be missed is a walk on the suggestive Sentiero dei Limoni, which crosses lush and fragrant crops of the citrus fruit symbol of the Amalfi Coast.
The apartment is located in the center, in a modern building a stone's throw from Corso Reginna, the "heart" of Maiori's commercial and social life. It is located just 50 meters from the seafront, where you can find the various beaches that populate the longest beach of the Amalfi Coast in summer time. On the street level of the building there is also the best-stocked supermarket in the town.

- From Salerno: Maiori is easily reachable by SITA buses (Salerno-Amalfi line), which run every hour and depart from the square in front of the railway station, with a final stop about 100 meters from the flati. In summer, the connection is also ensured by sea, with ferries that dock in Salerno at 400 meters from the railway station, with a final stop about 300m from the flat.

- From Naples Capodichino airport there is a train service to reach the central railway station of Naples (Alibus), from which to take the train to Salerno. From 1 June to the end of September the direct Naples Capodichino-Maiori connection is also guaranteed by a private bus service.

- If you are traveling by car: street parking must be paid on blue lines. A private pay parking lot is available "Garage MANDARA", located in Via degli Orti 16, 40 meters from the flat.
