We are just 2 minutes from the sea and 6 minutes from the Genova Voltri station, the historic center of Genoa and the airport are within easy reach. The house is equipped with every comfort including: Wifi, portable air conditioning, two bedrooms. The opportunity not to be missed!

The apartment is about 70 square meters and is located on the third floor.

ATTENTION: The apartment is situated in a building without a lift. It is therefore necessary to take the stairs to access it. Inside the apt there are 4 steps to access the kitchen.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, fan;
- BEDROOM (2): double bed, wardrobe, shoe rack, fan, small desk with chair;
- LIVING AREA: sofa bed for one and a half, TV, portable air conditioning;
- KITCHEN: with refrigerator, freezer, gas hob (5 burners), dining table, traditional oven and microwave, manual juicer, toaster, moka and kitchen utensils;
- BATHROOM: equipped with shower and toilet with bidet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, hot water, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fans, clothesline and hairdryer.

NB: parking is not available on the premises.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.

We are located in the Voltri district, located in the innermost sector of the Gulf of Genoa. In the Middle Ages it was one of the Capitanati of the Republic of Genoa and today there are beaches frequented mainly by the Genoese. In Voltri there are three of the bathing beaches of the Ligurian capital, to the right of the Leira is that of Sant'Erasmo, to the left that of Sant'Ambrogio. The next, towards the west, is that of Vesima; the one immediately preceding Arenzano.
The coast of Voltri is the northernmost point of the western Mediterranean Sea: the fact is also mentioned with a sign at the mouth of the Cerusa stream, which according to some sources constitutes the geographical border point between Riviera di Levante and Riviera di Ponente. Among the buildings of tourist interest from the Voltri area, it is worth mentioning the Villa Brignole Sale Duchessa di Galliera, dating back to the 17th century, where it is possible to meet the fallow deer that inhabit the annexed park of 32 hectares.

HOW TO REACH THE APARTMENT:

- Car: to reach us, take the Genova Pra Voltri or Genova Pegli motorway exit. The house does not have a parking space. It is possible to park in the paid parking lot at Piazza Sebastiano Gaggero, Piazza Nicolo da Voltri, 8; just 3 minutes from the apt.


- Train: Genova Voltri railway station, 500 meters from the apt from which you can reach the center of Genoa in 43 minutes, the airport in 28 minutes.

- Bus: line 1 and N2 at night
