The area offers numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as a strategic position to easily reach the city center and the Central Station.
The property consists of bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, moka, kitchenware, wine glasses, dining table and chairs;

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
