The beachfront accommodation is located on the Lungomare, area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. The accommodation is 2.8 km from Pescara Central Station.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and large balcony.

The interior space is composed as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, "45 inch" TV, split A/C, access to balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, washing machine;

- LARGE BALCONY with table and chairs.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

The accommodation is located in the central area: in front of the Lungomare Giacomo Matteotti and near the central station. All essential services are within walking distance: bar, supermarket and pharmacy are within 150 meters.

- From Abruzzo International Airport: you can easily reach the apartment by taxi in 11 minutes or, alternatively, by shuttle to Pescara Centrale station and from here about 20 minutes on foot from the accommodation.

- From Pescara Central Station: you can reach the apartment in 20 minutes on foot.

- If you are travelling by car, you can park for a fee on blue stripes in the streets adjacent to the property or at the Central Station.
