Lovely apartment of about 55 square meters, ideal for 4 people, located on the first floor (NO lift) of a period building overlooking Piazza Napoleone, the largest and oldest in the city. The property is located in a pedestrian area in the center of Lucca and within walking distance of the main points of interest in the city, including Piazza dell'Anfiteatro and the Duomo.
The accomodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, armchair, TV (40 inches) and dining table;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, coffee machine with pods, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, clothes stand, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (in the living room), independent heating, fan, safe, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the accommodation overlooks Piazza Napoleone, location of the Lucca Summer Festival concerts. During the festival period (usually in July), consequently, there may be noise depending on the planned events.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30.

- If you are traveling by car, please pay attention, the property is located within the pedestrian area. It is possible to park for a fee at Cittadella car park, 500 meters from the property, open 24 hours a day. Alternatively, there are free parking spaces 500 meters from the accommodation (NOT bookable and NOT guaranteed).
