Elegant apartment of about 75 sqm, ideal for six people, located on the third floor (NO elevator) of an elegant building overlooking the walls of Lucca, close to the main services: bars, restaurants and pharmacies.
The accommodation is located 900 meters from the train station and just over 1 km from the bus station and constitutes the ideal starting point to visit the city.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- BEDROOM I with double bed, walk-in closet;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, armchair;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, coffee table with chairs, split A/C, access to the balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table with chairs, fridge and freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, kitchenware, wine glasses, access to the balcony;
-BATHROOM with balcony, shower, bidet and toilet;
-BALCONY;
-Small CLOSET.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning, two fans, soundproofing windows, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine.

Camping bed available on request.

Pets allowed on request and upon payment of a supplement in cash.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Alternatively, it is possible to take a bus from Pisa Airport to Piazzale Verdi in Lucca (57 minutes / € 2.00 each way), less than a 10 minutes away by public transport from the property.

- From Lucca Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in less than 10 minutes on foot.

- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) near the apartment or for a fee at the car park in via dei Pubblici Macelli, just 4 minutes on foot from the property.
