The accommodation consists of a living room with American kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony.

The accommodation of approximately 130 sqm is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).

- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with fixed awnings, table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI with bar of soap (200 GB), independent heating with boiler, a portable fan, hairdryer, external wash house, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Baby cot always available.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Viareggio Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and will take place in self check-in mode via a keybox on site (with a combination that will be provided after booking).

Description of the area
The apartment is located 4.1 km from the center of Lucca and its tourist attractions, easily reachable by bus no. 1 which stops a few steps from the accommodation (74 metres). Alternatively, it is possible to reach the city center comfortably by bicycle, following the cycle path in via Puccini.

Famous for its historical monuments, Lucca is one of the few capitals to retain its historic centre, full of ancient structures from various eras, completely surrounded by sixteenth-century walls.
In the surroundings of the property, you can find the main services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Among the main points of interest, we highlight:
- Palazzo Pfanner, Church of San Michele in Foro and Torre delle Ore: 16 minutes by public transport;
- Torre Giunigi: 19 minutes by public transport;

Getting around
- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach Pisa Centrale station thanks to the PISAMOVER service, from where it is possible to take the regional train to Lucca station. From here, you need to reach the "Regina Margherita Fs" stop to take bus no. 1 and then get off at the "S. Angelo 1" stop, just a 3-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take a taxi and reach the apartment in 28 minutes (34.2 km).

- From Lucca station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus no. 1 from the "Regina Margherita Fs" stop (3 minutes on foot) and get off at the "Sarzanese 3" stop, just 4 minutes walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, the accommodation has a private garage (approximately 25 m2) suitable for SUVs. Inside there are 5 bicycles available for the exclusive use of guests (for a fee). The accommodation has a private uncovered parking space in front of the garage, suitable for both SUVs and small cars.
Alternatively, you can park for free on the street in front of the apartment.
