The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two balconies.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with two sofas, flat-screen TV and access to balcony (with small table and chairs);
- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave oven, capsule coffee maker, mocha, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware, dining table and access to balcony (with small table and chairs);
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hair dryer.
Cot and high chair on request subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE: The stadium is 500 meters away, consequently during home games of the local team there may be traffic and parking problems in the area.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

- Tuttomondo (Keith Haring): 25 minutes on foot;

- Pharmacy: 3 minutes on foot;
- Trattoria da Mario restaurant: 4 minutes on foot;
- Coop (supermarket): 9 minutes on foot;

- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station Thanks to the Pisa Mover service (5-minute ride, 5 euros per ride). From the Station, it is necessary to take bus 60, 70, 120 or 130 and get off at “V.Brennero Porta A Lucca” stop, 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to multiple bus lines, all of which stop within walking distance of the property.

- If you are traveling by car, it is possible to find several paid parking lots (blue stripes) around the property (it may be difficult).
