- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 73 to the "Via Cavallotti" stop, from which you can take the metro (M1) from "San Babila" (3 minutes on foot) to the "Bande Nere" stop, a 15-minute walk from the property.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna station, from where it is possible to take the underground (M1) to the "Bande Nere" stop towards Bisceglie, a 15-minute walk feet from the property.

- From the Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the metro (M1) from the "Lima" stop (6 minutes walk from the station) to the "Bande Nere" stop towards Bisceglie, a 9-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; however it is possible to park for free on the street (not bookable and not guaranteed).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Please note: completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each linen kit used.

This flat has an Automated Smartlock door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

Respect for the hours of silence from 22:00 to 08:00.


The building has a lift but it is necessary to climb internal stairs that lead from the first to the second level of the apartment.
