A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;
- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00

The apartment is located in a residential district, just 300 meters from Viale Italia and the promenade that allows you, with a walk, to reach the Aquarium and the wonderful Terrazza Mascagni, from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The area, despite being very quiet, is equipped with all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies) and is well served by public transport: in about 25 minutes by bus you can reach the center of Livorno with all its attractions, including the New Fortress, Piazza della Repubblica, the Central Market and Via Grande, shopping center of the city.
