PLEASE NOTE: Air conditioning is NOT present in the apartment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;
- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The apartment is located in a central area of Livorno city, just 600 m from the Cathedral of San Francesco and a few minutes walk from the main attractions.
Not to be missed, is the renowned Goldoni Theatre and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as "Piazza Magenta".
Heading instead towards Piazza della Repubblica (the largest bridge-square in Europe), you reach the New Fortress and the characteristic Venezia Nuova district.
From Piazza della Repubblica you can access Via Grande, the main shopping street of Livorno. From here, in a few minutes walk, you can reach the Central Market architect Buontalenti, one of the largest and oldest indoor markets in Italy where you can find fresh and typical products of the area.
Also in Piazza della Repubblica you can find the stop of the LAM BLU line, thanks to which you can reach the famous Terrazza Mascagni in about 15 minutes, a picturesque place where you can admire breathtaking sunsets walking along the sea.
