The property offers a beautiful sea view and it's located a few steps from the Viale Italia seafront, the suggestive Terrazza Mascagni and the Naval Academy. The area is well connected to the city centre by public transport.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small terrace.

The interior space is organised as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, table with chairs, desk;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, wine glasses and various cooking utensils, table with chairs;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers;

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area just 1.5 km from Viale Italia and the promenade, which allows you to reach, with a walk, the Aquarium and the wonderful Terrace Mascagni, from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The area is equipped with all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets) and is well served by public transport: in about 20 minutes by bus you can reach the city center (the stop is 400 m).
