Apartment located on the second and top floor of a building without a lift.
In 40 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 3 people with a double bed and a single bed. Balcony accessible from the bedroom with table and two chairs.

We are in a convenient position for the city center and for reaching the beach.
Possibility to park for free along the right side of the street.
The space
KITCHEN: kitchenette complete with Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, 25" TV, microwave oven, fridge, dining table with 4 seats.
BEDROOM: double bed, single bed and wardrobe, ceiling fan, split A/C. From the bedroom there is access to the balcony complete with two chairs and a small table.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.
Balcony accessible from the sleeping area.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: wifi (200 GB per month), air conditioning (split in the bedroom), iron and clothes horse.

Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost:

- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25,00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.

The apartment is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, a renowned tourist resort, known above all for its splendid coastline and its warm and temperate climate. The coast of Lignano Sabbiadoro is about 8 kilometers long and has dozens of well-equipped resorts, in which, in addition to relax, it will be possible to undertake a myriad of activities: ranging from water sports (sailing, windsurfing, surk, kite etc.) to those on sand, including also less known activities such as SUP (Stand Up Paddle, a kind of mix between surfing and canoeing) or excursions in fat stand bikes.

- Al Parco (restaurant/pizzeria): 2 minutes on foot;
- Il Gambero Bar: 5 minutes on foot;
- Eurospar (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot.
Getting around
- From Trieste Airport, the most convenient solution is to reach the apartment by taxi/car (48 minutes - 65 km);

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient solution is to reach the apartment by taxi/car (1 hour and 15 minutes - 95 km);

- From the Latisana-Lignano-Bibione station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 500 or 501 from the "LATISANA via Beorchia (bus station)" stop (10 minutes on foot from the station) to the "LIGNANO via Amaranto (bus station)" stop, 3 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- If you travel by car, you can park for free along the right side of the street, on the road.
