Roomy detached house of about 75 sqm (internal stairs), on two levels, can accommodate up to 7 people. The accommodation boasts a large garden with palm trees and a parking space, located a short walk from the center of Pittulongu. Less than 6 minutes and on foot you can reach the Pellicano beach (350m) and the Mare Rocce beach (600m).

The property consists of four bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms, balcony and a large equipped garden.

The 75 sqm apartment is NOT equipped with elevator, STEPS to access. Please access the second floor from the OUTSIDE, the internal stairs ARE DANGEROUS.

ATTENTION: Heating is provided ONLY via Split A/C.
The accommodation has a outdoor parking space (NOT suitable for SUVs).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Olbia Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The accommodation is located less than 6 minutes and on foot you can reach the beach of Pellicano (350m) and the Beach Mare Rocce (600m).
The "Lido di Pittulongu" is an alternation of beautiful beaches, characterized by light and thin sand: the beach of Pittulongu, also known as "La Playa", is the favorite beach of Olbiesi.
Restaurants, pizzerias and the Gallura Shopping Centre are nearby.
After the beach of La Playa is the Squalo beach, separated from the beach of La Playa by a rocky tongue and characterized by a long stretch of sand, surrounded by greenery.
The beach of Pellicano, also characterized by a background of light and thin sand, extends for about 200 meters.
From here you can reach the beach of Mare e Rocce, through a beautiful path.

To reach the main points of interest:
- Pelican Beach: 4 minutes on foot;
- La Playa: 9 minutes on foot;
- Shark Beach: 5 minutes on foot;
- Pelican Beach: 4 minutes on foot.

- Il Gatto Fuori (restaurant): 5 minutes walk - 400m;

- From Olbia Costa Smeralda airport the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi, only 14 minutes from Olbia airport. Alternatively, you can take bus n 894 to the stop "871 - Via Roma S.Famiglia" and then continue with bus n 291 to the stop "211 - Spiaggia Pellicano", just 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
