Exclusive two-level apartment which in 70 sqm accommodates two people with great comfort, being equipped with all comforts including two bathrooms, an equipped internal courtyard and a large living room with billiards. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area equipped with all services and located outside the ZTL. The excellent location, near the Villa Reale and 5 minutes' walk from the historic centre, makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the city.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with an independent entrance from the street (a step must be noted) and is divided over two levels: be careful if you are traveling with small children.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

After 9:30 pm, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements:

- From 12:00 pm to 1:30 am - Euro 40.00

Lecce is mainly a baroque city. Baroque art spread to Lecce in the seventeenth century, during the Spanish domination, replacing the classical art and creating a style that left room for imagination. The historic center is full of monuments, churches and other valuable buildings. However, not only does the Baroque characterize Lecce: hospitable, tidy, with a great gastronomy and an exceptional sea a few steps away, it is one of the unmissable destinations to visit in Italy.

- From Lecce station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 17 minutes or by bus line S13 with the final stop "De Jacobis" 600 meters from the apartment.

- If you travel by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL; street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
