The 13sqm studio is located on the second floor of a building without elevator: it is therefore necessary to climb the stairs to access it.
The interior space is composed as follows:
- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas hob, fridge with freezer and moka
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed or 2 single beds on request and wardrobe.
- Private BATHROOM but OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT (in front of the entrance door), equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- BALCONY.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split AC, TV, heating via split, washing machine, beach kit with an umbrella and two mats, hairdryer, clothesline. Free street parking.

Guests will have full access to all the areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces. Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in time, deliver the keys of the apartment and show you the house, and will stay at your disposal for the whole duration of your stay in case of problems or questions.
All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival, as provided by Italian law.
Please note that check-in after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property.
The apartment is located in Galatone, a charming country village immersed in the nature of Salento. Enviable position, in a quiet suburban area a few meters from the motorway junctions for Lecce and Gallipoli. In the immediate vicinity there are all the essential services: pharmacies, bars and a supermarket are within 50m. The Galatone railway station is 200m away, the airport 60km.
The apartment is accessible by car and parking is free on the public road (NOT guaranteed).
