"Stella del Mattino" Apt x 3 in the heart of Lecce

Bright apartment located in the heart of Lecce and equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 3 people. The flat is located in a very convenient position, in a district full of shops and equipped with every essential service, located outside the ZTL but at the same time a short distance from the historic center. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Garibaldi Public Gardens and the Carlo V Castle, the ideal starting point for exploring the city and its wonderful monuments.

The 65 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator (please note the presence of 3 steps at the entrance) and is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven
- Living room with a queen-size sofa bed and TV
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower head and shower curtain
- 3 balconies.
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, two fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL; street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
