Very central apartment equipped with every comfort to accommodate 3 people, located in a renovated building in the heart of the historic center of Lecce. The flat is in fact located just 20 meters from the wonderful Piazza Sant'Oronzo, as well as being halfway between Piazza Mazzini and the Duomo, both reachable on foot in less than ten minutes. For larger groups, it is possible to rent the apartment on the next door "Inner City Suite", for a total of seven beds.

The 55 sqm apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka and traditional oven
- Living room with sofa bed and split AC
- Bedroom with queen bed, split AC, TV and wardrobe
- Toilet equipped with wc, bidet and shower box.

Additional facilities available for the guests: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.
