The independent Villa is completely renovated internally and built in typical local stone. The accommodation has all the main comforts, large terrace with lounge area, 1,000 square meters of private and fenced garden, air conditioning, equipped kitchen. The Villa is perfect as a base for discovering the cultural villages and natural landscapes of Lake Como, as well as for exploring the nearby hill and mountain areas in the name of an "active" holiday based on hiking (not to mention excellent autochthonous cuisine from both lake and mountain). The nearby village of Civenna offers a sports center with tennis courts.

-GROUND FLOOR with entrance, sofa bed, lounge with fireplace and dining table with 8 seats, outdoor patio with table, chairs and benches suitable for outdoor dining on sunny days and kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob , oven, microwave, dishwasher and island counter with 6 seats. A service bathroom.
-FIRST FLOOR accessible via an internal staircase where there are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each) with USB wall sockets in all bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bidet and shower cubicle. Long balcony that runs outside the bedrooms overlooking the garden, woods and mountain top.
Additional services available to guests: independent heating and air conditioning with split in each room, washing machine and dryer. Chance of weak and limited WI-FI connection via portable vodafone station - to be used also outside the property.
