The accommodation - located in Nesso, between Bellagio and Como - is located in a residence with park and outdoor pool overlooking the lake. The residence was converted from an ancientspinning mill!
The private and assigned parking is a plus, in an area where it is difficult to find where to leave your car!
Proceeding along paths and stairs inside the park, you arrive at the apartment which boasts a wonderful 180 ° view from the living room window and the main bedroom on the lake and mountains!
The 60sqm apartment is located on the first floor (without lift) of a Residence.
Internally it is made up as follows:

-Entrance with living area divided into a relaxation area with Smart TV and sofa and open kitchen equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave.
-Main bedroom (with lake view) with double bed and wardrobe
-Second bedroom (overlooking the internal courtyard) with double bed and single bed that can be used if necessary
-Bathroom (without window) with toilet, sink, bidet and shower.

Additional services available to guests: unlimited wifi, washing machine, 2 fans, central heating.

We also inform you that:
-There is no lift, the house is on the first floor and there are stairs from the parking lot to the house and inside the residence.
-There is no air conditioning, there are fans
- FREE OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL OPEN until 09/15/2023. ATTENTION: in the swimming pool it is mandatory to use a swimming cap, it is necessary to bring one with you, as well as pool towels.
- YOU HAVE TO WALK FROM THE PARKING (inside the property) TO THE HOUSE. The car park consists of a private and assigned parking space on the property: however, it is not suitable for mini-vans or vehicles larger than an SUV

In the park, lined with trees and terraced, the areas are shared with the other guests of the Residence. It is very easy to find a corner for yourself, given the extent of the area.
In the park, a few steps from the apartment, there is the SWIMMING POOL - also shared - with SHOWERS and CHANGING ROOMS.
From the terraces of the park and the swimming pool you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Como branch and the mountains.
The residence has a concierge.
All the identity documents of the residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.
Please note that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible until 9.30 pm: after this time, assistance is not guaranteed even by telephone.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Upon arrival you will be required to pay the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person for overnight stays up to 7 nights from April 1st to October 31st, as requested by the Municipality of Nesso. Children under 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
