The accommodation is the perfect base for reaching La Spezia (11.1 km) or the wonderful beaches of Lerici (13 km).


The accommodation has shared parking (2 places).

The apartment of about 60 sqm is located on the second floor of a building without a lift.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers;
-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, shoe rack;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, electric kettle, dining table with chairs, moka, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, various kitchen utensils;
-BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:
Unlimited WIFI, iron and ironing board, washer / dryer (in the laundry area), clothesline, hairdryer, independent heating, window soundproofing, hot water, fan coil air conditioning.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

OTHER INFORMATION: Children are welcome in our property; however, please be careful as you need to go up the stairs to access the apartment.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

The apartment is located in a newly built residential area in Santo Stefano di Magra, a town a few kilometers from La Spezia. For shopping lovers, near the property it is possible to find a Decathlon store and La Fabbrica Shopping Center, with a hypermarket, several shops and restaurants. Furthermore, in a few minutes by car, it is possible to reach Ponzano Superiore, the main hamlet of Santo Stefano, located on a hillock, which features some attractions of great historical and artistic interest. Among these, it is worth mentioning the beautiful Pieve di San Michele Arcangelo, from the Baroque period; the Column of the Immaculate Conception, similar to that of Piazza di Spagna in Rome and located on the city Belvedere; Palazzo Remedi, an ancient building with some interesting sculptural reliefs.
The city features also a strategic position for those who love the sea: the beautiful beaches of Lerici are located just a few kilometres from the property.

- It is also possible to reach La Spezia by public transport: by train (Santo Stefano di Magra station is a 2-minute walk from the property) or by bus (the SA bus that takes you to La Spezia station stops 4 minutes away walk from the property, stop at "Bivio Ponzano").
