Comfortable 75 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the mezzanine floor (5 steps to access it) of a period building within a characteristic Ligurian alleyway ("caruggio"). The property is located in Cadimare, a fishing village and part of the municipality of La Spezia, a few steps from the port and in a strategic position to reach the wonderful towns of Le Grazie and Portovenere.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and TV;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchenware and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, armchair and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, air conditioning (splits in the living room and in the bedroom), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, clothes hanger and hairdryer.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay.

Upon check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
- between 9.00 pm and 11.00 pm: € 30.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon check-in: EUR 2.50 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in Cadimare, part of the municipality of La Spezia and one of the thirteen seaside villages of the Gulf of La Spezia. The property is located a few steps from the port, in an area with some bars and restaurants, and in a strategic position to reach the towns of Portovenere and Le Grazie (by car or public transport). La Spezia Central Station, a privileged starting point to reach the Cinque Terre, is only 7 km away (just over 20 minutes by bus).

Among the main points of interest:
- Portovenere: 15 minutes by car (9 km) / 25 minutes by public transport;
- La Spezia (Station): 12 minutes by car (9 km) / 25 minutes by public transport;
- Cinque Terre (in order of decreasing distance from La Spezia: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore): 25 minutes by train to Riomaggiore from La Spezia Central Station.

- Trattoria Il Centro Cadimare (fish restaurant): 1 minute on foot - 55 meters;
- Jolly Roger (bar): 2 minutes on foot - 130 meters;
- La Bottega sma (grocery store): 20 minutes on foot / 4 minutes by car - 1.7 km.

- The best way to reach the apartment and visit the area is by car. Free street parking available near the property; however, please pay attention to areas reserved for residents and areas requiiring parking disc (well signposted). Our keyholder will give you all the information you need.

- From La Spezia Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 25 minutes by taking bus n. 30 to "Cadimare Paese" stop, 1 minute on foot from the accommodation.
