Cozy and functional 35 sqm apartment, ideal for 2 people, located on the ground floor of a building without lift, with a step at the entrance to the apartment. The apartment features a large and wonderful terrace, where you can relax outdoors, and is complete with all the main services, including wifi and air conditioning.
The property boasts a convenient location and is well served by public transport, with the bus stop in front of the building.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA: kitchenette (gas hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, traditional oven, coffee machine, toaster and various kitchen utensils), single sofa bed and dining table;
- BEDROOM: double bed, chest of drawers and TV;
- BATHROOM: shower box, hairdryer and toilet;
- EXTERNAL TERRACE: chairs and table with umbrella.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. A/C (split in the living room and in the bedroom), free unlimited wifi, TV, iron and drying rack.
The washing machine is positioned inside a piece of furniture in the outdoor space owned by the house, a courtyard which is fully equipped and fenced.

PLEASE NOTE. There is a step to access the apartment and a further step to access the terrace.

Upon check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

- between 9.00 pm and 11.00 pm: € 30.

The city tax is 2.50 euros per night per person for the first 5 nights. If you are a resident in La Spezia or are under 16, you are exempt from paying. The city tax will be collected in cash upon arrival.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

A few kilometers from the border with Tuscany, La Spezia is one of the essential stops in Liguria. The city is located in the center of one of the most beautiful areas of the Ligurian coast, the Gulf of Poets, that bewitched artists and poets. The whole province of La Spezia, squeezed between the sea and the mountains, is characterized by dream beaches, cliffs, villages and natural wonders. La Spezia is also the access point to some of Italy's main wonders, such as Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, but it also features noteworthy attractions in the center (once reached the center, it is possible to move among the various attractions on foot).

Among the main points of interest:
- Public Gardens: 13 minutes by bus;
- Cathedral of Cristo Re: 15 minutes by bus;
- Port: 15 minutes by bus;
- Palazzina delle Arti and Lia Museum: 17 minutes by bus;
- San Giorgio Castle: 18 minutes by bus;
- Corso Cavour and Via del Prione (central and shopping streets): 20 minutes by bus.

- Cinque Terre (in order of decreasing distance from La Spezia: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Rio Maggiore): 1 hour (by bus + train) to Monterosso al Mare;
- Porto Venere: 30 minutes by car.

- Conad City (supermarket): 11 minutes on foot;
- Bar Lo Spuntino: 11 minutes on foot;
- Pizzeria Il Maggiolino: 12 minutes on foot.

- From Pisa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Pisamover shuttle from the airport to Pisa Central Station, from which it is necessary to take the regional train 18361 to La Spezia Migliarina station (9 stops), from where it is possible to take bus n. 3, to "Forno" stop (5 stops), a 7-minute walk from the apartment;

- From La Spezia Centrale Station, it is possible to the apartment by taking bus n.3 from "Via Fiume FS" stop (3 minutes on foot from the station) to "Forno" stop (3 stops), a 7-minute walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car, free (not guaranteed) on-street parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the property.
