La Riccarda Garden House x12 & Swimming Pool

Elegant and spacious villa perfect for accommodating up to 12 guests is located in the center of Vignale in the heart of Monferrato area, nominated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014. The house is equipped with every comfort: WiFi, air conditioning, outdoor swimming pool, garden with attention to the smallest details. Ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday and explore all the beauties of this wonderful part of Italy!
The space
The house of about 350 square meters is divided into three levels: we point out the presence of internal stairs

**Ground floor**
- Independent kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with double sofa bed
- Bar area
- Dining room
- Bathroom 1 and 2 complete, both with shower
- Garden with private swimming pool, table, chairs, umbrella, outdoor lamp, 8 sunbeds, 4 deckchairs and courtyard with two parking spaces

**First floor**
- Bedroom 1 equipped with a double bed and the sitting area
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed and wardrobe
- Bedroom 3 equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe
- Bedrooms 4 and 5 both equipped with 1 single bed
- Bathroom 3 with shower, bath, sink, toilet and bidet
- Service bathroom 4

**Second floor*
- Bedroom 6 with a double bed and private bathroom equipped with a shower

Further services available to guests: centralized air conditioning with convector heaters adjustable by 2 control units, UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, barbecue with tools in the garden, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, a cot for small children, two additional parking spaces outside the gate in the street.

Swimming pool can be used from 15th May to 30th September

Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes).
Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Other things to note
At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:30 until 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:30.
