Charming villa with swimming pool equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 6 people and immersed in the peaceful countryside of Ostuni. The location is convenient for reaching the enchanting marina and its beaches, located just 20 minutes away by car, while the center of Ostuni is 15 minutes away by car. Also close to the property is the entrance to the provincial road to quickly reach the other unmissable towns in the area such as Fasano, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Monopoli.
The villa of about 100 sqm has a large garden with swimming pool (5 steps to access it) with sun loungers and a patio equipped with tables and chairs.
The swimming pool is open from mid-June to the end of September.
The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and microwave
- Living room with sofa and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C
- Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and en-suite bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- Bedroom/living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV and small kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and microwave
- Toilet outside the rooms with wc, bidet and shower box.
Parking spaces available inside the gate of the villa.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine outside the villa, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B.: the keys to the front door are located in a safety deposit box which opens with a code. Instructions will be provided upon check-in.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ostuni Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd
After 21.00, check-in directly at the house is available with the following supplements:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.
The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.
La Fenice Bed and Relax is located in Contrada Piatone, a hamlet of Ostuni immersed in the peaceful Apulian countryside, close to numerous other villas and trulli. We are a short distance from the wonderful Marina di Ostuni, a 20 km long stretch of coast that overlooks a clear sea and is made up of long beaches, sandy coves and low cliffs. The coast also includes Torre San Leonardo, a nature reserve rich in natural habitats, archaeological sites such as the Via Traiana, and farms. In 30 minutes by car you can also reach the protected marine area of Torre Guaceto and the bed of the Morelli River, an area about 2 km long located near the beach, with crystal clear sea and seabed that gradually becomes deep. The accommodation is also a 15-minute drive from the center of Ostuni, where there are also the closest essential services such as bars, supermarkets and pharmacy.
The accommodation can be reached by car and has a parking space inside the gate of the villa.
