The space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, gas oven, microwave oven, wine glasses, dishwasher, kitchenware, dining table and access to the TERRACE;
- TERRACE with outdoor armchairs, table, synthetic garden and deckchairs;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, single folding bed, flat-screen TV, armchairs, chest of drawers, access to the small balcony and INTERNAL BATHROOM (with shower, sink, bidet and toilet);
- BEDROOM II with double bed, single folding bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, chest of drawers, access to the small balcony;
- BEDROOM III with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, desk, access to the small balcony and INTERNAL BATHROOM (with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet);
- BEDROOM IV with three single beds, flat-screen TV, desk and access to the small balcony;
- BATHROOM (EXTERNAL to the bathrooms) with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

PLEASE NOTE: the bedroom IV (with three single beds) is connected to bedroom III and it is necessary to cross it to access the BATHROOM.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to:
- EUR 15 from 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm
- EUR 20 from 11 pm to 00:00
- EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30 am
It is not possible to check in after 01:30, not even for a payment.

The apartment is located less than 5 minutes on foot from Palermo Central Station and is ideally located to best visit the historic center and the main points of interest on foot or via public transport.
On foot it is possible to reach the port and the Garibaldi Garden, Piazza Pretoria, the Massimo Theatre, the Cathedral, the Martorana and San Cataldo Churches and the famous historical markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, testimony to the various cultures that have followed one another in Palermo. Walking, you will get lost among the historic palaces of the Palermo nobility and known throughout the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous Palazzo del Gattopardo), Palazzo Pretorio, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca and Palazzo Mirto.

- Churches of Martorana and San Cataldo: 10 minutes on foot;
