Comfortable 40 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
The property is located in La Ciaccia, a hamlet of Valledoria (from which it is 8 minutes by car), a 200 m walk from the beach of the same name, the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday in this little corner of paradise with crystal clear waters. . The accommodation consists of bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (one and a half square), dining table, kitchenette.
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher.
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, toilet, washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES: fan, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the town of Valledoria equal to EUR 1.00 per night for the first 10 nights, exempt up to 14 years.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Alghero Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

One of the greatest attractions of Valledoria (a 8 minutes drive from the flat) is certainly the beauty of the sea and its wide beaches. That of San Pietro has a length of about 3 km and is characterized by the presence of the selva of the river Coghinas. The sea bottom is low and the colors of the water are enchanting. The Valledoria beach is located just behind the town and like that of San Pietro shows a very clear color and deep blue waters. Another popular beach in the area is Baia delle Mimose, surrounded by charming dunes.
A few kilometers from Valledoria, in Santa Maria Coghinas, there is the renowned thermal complex of Castel Doria. Here you can enjoy the various treatments available each month from the spa, or simply immerse yourself in the warm and sulphurous waters of the banks of the river. Moving further a few miles you can reach the small town of Viddalba where there is an interesting Archaeological Museum. Also nearby are the remains of Castel Doria from which several hiking trails start.

It's possible to leave your car in the street (parking not guaranteed).

For all late check-ins we require a supplement as per the following:

EUR 15 for arrivals between 21:30 and 23:00,
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 for arrivals between 00:00 and 01:30

Early check-in (before 14am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day, and can therefore be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival, as provided by Italian law.
