Nice mezzanine apartment located in the characteristic historic center of Arcola, the house in the Carobi (or Carruggi) has just been renovated and offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay. We are halfway between Portovenere and Versilia with its beaches. and just 7 km from Lerici, 6 km from the medieval city of Sarzana. The enchanting Cinque Terre are easily reachable!
The space
The 50m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a characteristic period building.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, moka, traditional and microwave oven, toaster, water carbonator and kitchen utensils
- Living area with relaxation corner, double sofa bed and TV
- Sleeping area located on the mezzanine with a double bed and a wardrobe
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle

Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
