Colorful and cheerful apartment equipped with all the main comforts to accommodate up to 4 people, furnished with great taste between Shabby Chic and vintage. The accommodation is located in a very convenient position, in an area equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, cinemas and theaters. It is located very close to the Quintino Sella station / Metro, Central Station and Bus and a fifteen minute walk from the historic center.

The approximately 40 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift: it is noted that you need to climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with two ceramic hobs, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, electric oven and microwave
- Living area with dining table, double sofa bed and split A/C
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall fan and smart TV
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box (a step is indicated to access it)

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

N.B.: the keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: in 15 minutes walk you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the "Quintino Sella" station, 500 m from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 13 minutes (1 km) or with the FM1 railway line to the "Quintino Sella" station, 500 meters from the accommodation.


- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park at the Casale Garage, in Via Tenente Casale Y. Figoroa 11, 200 meters from the accommodation.
