Cozy studio apartment that comfortably accommodates two people, equipped with all the main comforts for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal: the accommodation is in fact located in the center (ZTL), with all the essential services within reach and a very short distance from the points of interest, easily reachable on foot: the Basilica of San Martino at 300 meters and the Palazzo Ducale at 500 meters, among many. Martina Franca train station is a 13-minute walk away.

The 45m2 studio is located on the first floor of a historic house without a lift (11 steps to access) and has an independent entrance from the street.

The internal space is divided as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with gas stove, mini fridge with small freezer, moka and microwave
- LIVING AREA with dining table
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, wardrobe, TV and split A/C
- BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with optional changes for a fee).

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- The outdoor area is under video surveillance for security reasons.
- The apartment is located on a pedestrian street NOT reachable by car and within the restricted traffic zone. It is necessary to park for a fee on Via Mercadante at Via Gioacchino Rossini (about 150/200 meters from the accommodation) and then continue on foot along Via Rossini.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Martina Franca is an enchanting town in Baroque style, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and surrounded by typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley. Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo.
The apartment is located in a very central position, a short distance from all the main points of interest. The essential services are easily reachable on foot: bars, pharmacies and minimarkets are in fact within 350 meters.
