The 60 m2 apartment is located on the second floor of a characteristic period building NOT equipped with a lift.

- Living area with double sofa bed and TV
- Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle
- Terrace furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrella

Further services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
