The 65 m2 accommodation is located on the third floor of a building with a lift, located inside the Parco Gentile Residence.

- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and A/C fan coil

Assigned and covered parking space available on the -1 floor of the condominium building, also suitable for large SUV-type cars. The car park can be reached by lift and there are no steps.
Additional services available to guests: Pocket WIFI MAXIMUM 300 GIGA/MONTH, fan coil heating, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The apartment is located inside the Parco Gentile Residence, a 10-minute drive from Pane e Pomodoro beach, a 4-minute drive from Teatroteam and Palaflorio and just 300 meters from the ring road exit for for Polignano, Bari Palese and the city center. All the essential services are within reach: a supermarket, bar and pharmacy are within 200 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station and from here by bus line 12, final stop "Gentile-Quintavalle" 60 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment is easily reachable by bus line 12, final stop "Gentile-Quintavalle" 60 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. It has a covered and assigned parking space inside the condominium building (floor -1). Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
