The accommodation is located on the first floor of an ancient building without a lift (15 steps to access it).

- KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.

In the surroundings of Siena, it is worth getting lost in the areas of Chianti, Val D'Elsa and the Crete Senesi, among gastronomic delicacies and extraordinary landscapes.

From Florence's Amerigo Vespucci Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the T2 train to the Florence "Santa Maria Novella" station, from where you need to walk to the "Firenze autostazione" stop and then take bus no. 131 to get off at the "Porta Camollia" stop. From here, you can walk to "Piazza Chigi" where you can take the regional train n.0S3 and get off at the "Rotonda Madonnina Rossa" stop, just a 3-minute walk from the property.

- From Siena station it is possible to reach the property via regional train n. 0S3 to the "Rotonda Madonnina Rossa" stop, just 3 minutes walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, the property has allocated on-site private parking suitable for SUVs. Please note that to access it you need to pass a barrier.
