The 23sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no lift.
It is a studio apartment and the following facilities are at your disposal:
KITCHEN AREA with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven, electric kettle and toaster.
SLEEPING AREA equipped with queen bed and wardrobe
TOILETTE with wc, bidet and shower box.
Additional facilities available to the guests: independent heating, washing machine, fan, unlimited WIFI, TV, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.
We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Near the house we recommend the Trattoria "Alle Due Torri" (Ligurian cuisine), the Antico Forno Patrone which produces delicious Ligurian porridge and focaccia and Kimci Trattoria Coreana.
