Beautiful apartment that accommodates up to 5 people, located in a shared villa with a large garden equipped with shared swimming pool, relaxation areas and barbecue. The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, is located in the quiet countryside of Martina Franca 10 minutes by car from the center and half an hour from the sea. For larger groups, it is possible to rent the other accommodation in the villa "Mimosa Apartment", for a total of 7 beds. Parking included!

The 70 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a villa reachable via a flight of 12 + 4 steps and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka and traditional oven
- Living area with dining table, sofa and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe
- Bedroom I with double bed, single bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanger in the alcove
- Toilet with wc, bidet, bathtub and shower box
- Private covered patio, equipped with table, chairs and sofas.

Additional services available to guests: parking space outside the gate, UNLIMITED WIFI, heating via split, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The garden, shared with the entire villa and shared with the other guests, is equipped with:
- Outdoor swimming pool open from 15/06 to 30/09, equipped with closed shower
- Dining area covered by a pergola, equipped with a kitchen with gas stove and stone table and benches
- Pizza oven and barbecue (NOT equipped with wood/materials to use them)
- Relaxation area with sofas.
N.B.: Please note the presence of several steps in the garden that separate the various rooms.

The fireplace is NOT working.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;

Martina Franca is an enchanting Baroque-style town, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and surrounded by typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and full of works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley. A visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and the Villa Comunale with its shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical style fountains is unmissable. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and the beautiful Locorotondo.
The accommodation is located outside the town centre, in the heart of the countryside, in a quiet position ideal for relaxation. The center of Martina Franca, where you can also find all the essential services such as groceries and pharmacies, is less than 10 minutes away by car.

The accommodation can be reached by car and has a parking space outside the gate, adjacent to the property.
