Modern and elegant 67 sqm open space apartment, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor (a step to access it). The property is located in Aci Trezza, a hamlet of Aci Castello, a few km from Catania, and overlooks the marvelous Cyclops Riviera and its extraordinary stacks. The accommodation features a charming veranda overlooking the sea.
The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a veranda.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, electric oven, microwave oven, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils and dining table;
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed and 50-inch TV;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- VERANDA with heated pergola and sofa.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pump (one split), iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine (in the bathroom) and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is an open space, consequently there is no separation between the living area with the sofa bed and the sleeping area with the double bed.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 3 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Aci Castello. People under 14 are exempt).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in Aci Trezza, an enchanting hamlet in the municipality of Aci Castello. The municipality of Aci Castello is located on the eastern coast of Sicily, a few kilometers from Catania. The Castle, from which the municipality takes its name, stands on a promontory of lava rock overlooking the sea. From the veranda of the apartment it is possible to admire the famous Riviera dei Ciclopi, a very interesting example where history and legend, art and nature are combined, showing visitors a thousand aspects to grasp and observe with disenchanted eyes. All the main services (bars, restaurants and food) are located near the accommodation. In the surroundings of the property there are several lidos.

- Melino's restaurant: 3 minutes on foot (200 meters);
- Grocery: 3 minutes on foot (200 meters).

- From Fontanarossa di Catana airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service to Catania Central Station, where it is possible to take bus n. 534 to "Terminal Aci Trezza" stop, a 9-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the apartment is 17 km from the airport, about 35 minutes by car.
