Beautiful apartment located in the heart of Ostuni (ZTL), a stone's throw from the Cathedral, in the highest point of the historic center. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it accommodates 4 people and boasts a spectacular terrace with 360-degree views of the white city and the sea, allowing you to enjoy moments of relax and postcard views. The interior is furnished with exclusive elements, for a sophisticated and welcoming environment that promises a one-of-a-kind living experience.

The 88m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without a lift, with an independent entrance from the street, and is divided into several levels. We therefore point out the need to climb several flights of stairs.

The internal space is divided as follows.

On the first floor, after climbing a flight of stairs, we find:
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and traditional oven
- Living room with dining table, sofas, TV and split A/C
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and internal bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower

On the second floor we find, interconnected and separated by various steps:
- Bedroom II with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and split A/C
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower
- Large terrace with 360° panoramic view, equipped with sink, mini fridge, benches, deckchairs, covered dining area with table and chairs x4.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

ATTENTION: the accommodation is located in a restricted traffic zone and cannot be reached by car. It is necessary to arrive by paid Ape buggy (operating only until 8pm) or on foot.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ostuni Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd

The keys will be collected from 15.00 to 21.00 in our office in Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The city tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be charged in cash, for the first 5 nights, as provided by the municipality of Ostuni.

Ostuni is located in the province of Brindisi at more than 200 meters above the sea, in Murgia, and it's one of the most renowned cities in Salento.
The White City is named after the color of a large part of its buildings, mostly in the historical center. In the past, because of the plague, the walls of the houses were covered with lime, in order to make them antiseptic. Hence the characteristic white color that makes Ostuni unique and iconic.

The historical center of Ostuni, called by its inhabitants as "La Terra", is characterized by a maze of winding roads, little squares and gardens, alleys and glimpses of the Adriatic sea.
The lower part of the city is surrounded by the old city wall, where the only two still intact entrances are located: Porta Nova and Porta San Demetrio.
On top of the hill you can find the Cathedral, with its large rose window divided in 24 parts, Palazzo Vescovile and the old Seminario.

Another place of interest is the Museum of Preclassic Civilizations of the Southern Murgia, where the cast of a pregnant woman, Delia, who lived 25.000 years ago and was found in a cave near the city in 1991, is preserved.
Among the most interesting exhibits there are pottery and ornaments, flints, stone tools, from the paleolithic till the age of the metals.

One of the main attraction for tourists in Apulia is definitely the coast of Ostuni, where you can find Rosa Marina, Monticelli and Costa Merlata beach areas.

And, to conclude, don't forget to try all the typical dishes!

The apartment is in a restricted traffic zone, and directly overlooks a pedestrian street. It is possible to park for a fee at the Ostuni car park, in via Giovanni Palatucci 3, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

The Ostuni ZTL is active 24 hours a day every day with the following exceptions:
Via Cattedrale (gate open from 07:00 to 10:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00)
Via Francesco Cavallo (gate open from 07:00 to 10:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00)
Via Montegrappa (open from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00)
Via Francesco Vitale (gate open from 07:00 to 10:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00)

If you are not traveling by car, you must arrive by paid Ape Calessino (operating only until 8pm) or on foot.
