Cozy and colorful 122 sqm apartment, capable of accommodating up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The location is enviable! We are just a few minutes' walk from Ursino Castle and Piazza Duomo. The neighborhood is well connected thanks to local public transport, and essential services are easily reachable on foot.
The accommodation is spacious and equipped with every comfort, making it the ideal solution for visiting the beauties of Catania.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, spit A/C, dining table, and TV;
- KITCHEN with gas stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- DINING ROOM with dining table and TV;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe, and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split in bedroom I), two ceiling fans (one in bedroom II and one in the dining room), washing machine, clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

NOTE: The building does not have an elevator - the accommodation is located on the first floor.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

- From the airport: the simplest and most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi (approximately a 15-minute journey). Alternatively, you can walk to the "Fontanarossa Goretti Ovest" stop (7 minutes on foot). From there, you can take bus no. 524 to the "Piazza Borsellino" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- From Catania Station, you can reach the "Adamo Giuntini" stop (1 minute on foot). From there, take bus no. 525 to the "Acquicella Palestro Est" stop. Then, walk to the "Missori Palestro" stop (2 minutes on foot) and take bus no. 632 to the "Garibaldi Politi" stop, a 1-minute walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car: there is paid street parking available (blue stripes). Alternatively, you can park at the Garage Borsellino, a 15-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours.
