The accommodation is located in a central position full of services, about 8 minutes on foot from the Zisa Palace and Garden, and 15 minutes on foot from the majestic Palermo Cathedral.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, TV 32", split A/C and Juliette balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV 32", split A/C and Juliette balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, electric kettle, toaster, blender, minipimer, moka, kitchenware, wine glasses, dining table with chairs and Juliette balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split inverter (2 units), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

ATTENTION: the accommodation is located on the third floor of a building without a lift.

Pay particular attention to the Juliette balconies if you are traveling with children.

- Teatro Massimo: 18 minutes on foot.

- Mondello Beach: 30 minutes by car / 1 hour by public transport.

- From Palermo airport, you can reach the apartment by train, continuing to the "Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans" station, about 15 minutes on foot from the property. Alternatively, you can use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment by bus. Take the bus at the "Stazione Centrale Pensilina Esterna" stop and continue to the "Michele Piazza" stop, about 5 minutes on foot from the property.

- If you travel by car, it is possible to park for free or for a fee near the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
