Cozy apartment for 4 people, located in a historic building in the beating heart of the city (ZTL). The accommodation is located a few steps from the famous Towers, the Portico dei Servi, the largest in the city, and the lively Piazza Aldrovandi, with its variety of bars, restaurants and shops, ideal for shopping, taking a break for breakfast or enjoy an evening aperitif. It is the perfect starting point to explore city life and immerse yourself in Bolognese culture.
The 50 sqm accommodation is located on the fourth and top floor of a period building equipped with a lift, which however stops on the third floor: you need to climb the last flight of stairs to access it. There is also a low internal step after the entrance.
The internal space is composed as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with gas stove, mini fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven
- LIVING AREA with dining table, double sofa bed, chest of drawers, split A/C and TV
- BEDROOM with double bed, open wardrobe, desk, split A/C and TV
- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
Cot and high chair for babies on request (for a fee).
ATTENTION: the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in a very central position, excellent for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. In fact, it is located a few steps from the Towers, from the Portico dei Servi, the largest of all, and from Piazza Aldrovandi. With a short walk, crossing the porticoes of Strada Maggiore, you arrive at the Two Towers and the Piazza delle Sette Chiese, and from here to the points of greatest interest in the quadrilateral, the most historic part of Bologna. Present shortly after the Santo Stefano gate is the Baraccano complex, with its small theater and further on the historic Duse Theatre. We are in an area of traditional and ethnic restaurants, museums and art galleries, typical restaurants and widespread services. All the fundamental services are within reach: bars, minimarkets and pharmacies are in fact within 50 metres.
- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus lines 25 and 27 which stop a few steps from the apartment.
- FROM THE AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the Central Station and from here with various bus lines (including 11, 25, 27, C) which stop a few steps from the apartment .
- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the apartment is located in the restricted traffic zone from 7am to 8pm every day, please pay attention. Street parking is paid only on blue lines. We recommend leaving your car at the Garage San Petronio Vecchio, in via S. Petronio Vecchio 4, a 7-minute walk from the accommodation.
