The property is located a stone's throw from Roma Termini station, in the heart of the San Lorenzo neighborhood, one of the most loved by Roman citizens, and excellently connected to all the main attractions of the city.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a private outdoor courtyard.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, dining table and TV;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed (200x160 cm), wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM 2 with queen size bed (200x140 cm), wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet;
- PRIVATE COURTYARD with outdoor table and chairs (access from the living room - there are a few steps to access it).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The building does NOT have a lift; furthermore, to access the private courtyard there are additional steps to climb.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from 8 November to 7 April.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before your arrival.
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
